After overwhelmingly positive response to the PTO phone book over the past few years, the PTO has decided once again to offer this to our school community. This book will include names, addresses and phone numbers of those who CHOOSE to be included and will be distributed only to families and faculty of John Paterson Elementary.  We are putting this together in hopes of making it easier for you to contact your children’s friends (i.e. birthdays, playdates, carpooling).

This is a voluntary program.  We can only use the names, addresses and phone # of those who return the form below.  It is very important that you print clearly and fill out the form completely, as we can only use information provided by you.  We also ask that you return one form for each child, as we will be grouping by grade and teacher.  If you choose not to be a part of the phone book then you don’t need to return the form.  If there are any questions please feel free to contact Joanne Errera at 667-0797 or email the PTO at johnpatersonpto@johnpatersonpto.com
