As many of you may be aware the PTO is planning our annual "End of the Year Family Picnic" on Friday, June 4th.  This event will include food, bouncers, field games as well as a clown, face painting, a DJ and a magician.  In previous year the picnic was a HUGE success and we hope that the children and their families as well as the faculty/staff and their families are looking forward to attending again this year.

The only way to make this event a continued success is to have volunteers to help us.  We are hoping that again this year we can get enough volunteers between parents/guardians and faculty/staff to be able to have people volunteer for a set period of time, then would be able to spend the rest of the evening with their families and socializing with other Paterson families.

Below is a volunteer form. Please select the time you would like to volunteer. Your selection will be confirmed with you.

Please note that the picnic coordinator will decide where she needs you the most. Possible duties would be helping with any of the following: ice cream truck, cotton candy machine, food and drink tent, monitoring bounce houses (bouncers will be staffed by the company providing the bouncers but we like to have a Paterson adult helping to ensure our kids play safely).
